Private Pilates in Luxembourg
One-to-one sessions using the full Pilates studio apparatus — going beyond reformer-only training, adapted to individual needs, built for real, busy lives.
WHY PERSONALISED PILATES?
Every body has a different history, structure, and daily demand. That’s why my Pilates programs are fully personalised.
I observe how you move, understand your goals, and design sessions that support posture, strength, and function in real life — not just during the session itself.
This is Pilates used as it was intended: precise, thoughtful, and adaptable.
Work on multiple Pilates studio equipment
Private sessions use multiple classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Chair, Tower, Barrel, Spine Corrector and Mat.
Each piece of equipment allows us to challenge the body in different ways — building strength, improving posture, and supporting the spine with controlled resistance.
This variety makes sessions more precise, more engaging, and far more effective than working on a mat or reformer alone.
Modern work life asks a lot from the body
Long hours at a desk, constant screen time, stress, and little movement throughout the day slowly start to show up physically.
Rounded shoulders.
Tension in the neck and upper back.
Lower back discomfort.
A feeling that your body isn’t as strong or capable as it used to be.
Most people don’t need extreme workouts.
They need smart, structured movement that works with their body and their life.
Personalised Pilates is a one-to-one approach to movement
Instead of following a general class, each session is designed around your body, your posture, and the way you move.
Together we focus on:
building deep core strength
improving posture and spinal support
developing balanced, functional strength
creating movement that supports your daily life
Every session is structured, progressive, and adapted to how your body responds
Private Pilates works especially well for people who:
spend long hours sitting or working at a desk
experience recurring back or neck discomfort
want to build strength without high-impact workouts
already practice other sports and want to improve performance and prevent injury
prefer a calm, focused approach to training
Sessions are designed to fit into busy schedules while creating meaningful physical change over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Sessions are fully personalised and adapted to your level, experience, and movement background. Many clients start with no prior Pilates experience.
-
Many people come to us because they feel stiff, uncomfortable, or limited in their movement. While we do not offer medical rehabilitation, sessions are adapted carefully to support safe, controlled movement based on your individual needs.
-
Frequency depends on your goals and background. As a general guideline, desk workers and postnatal clients often benefit from two sessions per week, while athletes typically attend once per week alongside other training. But if you have time for more, you are always welcome to increase the number of classes, so you can see better results faster.
-
Yes. All personalised programs require a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. This allows enough time for your body to adapt and for meaningful, sustainable progress to take place. Package prices are also created based on this commitment.
-
Our work is fully personalised and one-to-one. Instead of following a fixed sequence or pace, sessions are built around your body and your goals. This allows for greater precision, better alignment, and progress that carries into everyday life — while reaching your goals.
-
Sessions are not fixed reformer classes. Depending on your needs, we use a combination of Pilates apparatus and props — including the Reformer, Mat work, Chair, and small equipment. The focus is always on choosing the right tools to support your goals, rather than following a predefined format.
