Private Pilates Packages

Personalised sessions using the full Pilates studio apparatus — reformer, chair, tower, barrel and mat — allowing a more complete approach than reformer-only training.

Consistent practice is the foundation of private Pilates

Unlike group classes, personal sessions are designed to build progress over time. Most clients see the best results when they practice regularly — usually once or twice per week.

For this reason, private sessions are organised around a fixed weekly schedule, allowing us to work consistently and ensure you always have a place in the timetable.

Monthly Private Sessions

Private sessions are organised around a consistent weekly schedule, allowing us to build strength, improve posture, and create lasting results, payment is in 4-week cycles.

Once / week

4 sessions every 4 weeks
€340
(€85 per session)

Recommended for people who already stay active through other sports or physical activities and want to complement their training with focused work on core strength, posture, and movement quality.

This option works well for those who want to improve performance, reduce the risk of injury, and develop the deep stabilising muscles that many sports do not train directly.

One session is 60 minutes.

  • progressive strengthening and mobility work

Twice / week

8 sessions every 4 weeks

Recommended for those who want to build a consistent exercise routine or address specific physical concerns such as back pain, posture issues, or long hours of desk work.

Training twice per week allows for deeper strength development, faster progress, and more noticeable improvements in how the body feels and moves.

One session is 60 minutes.

Scheduling

Private sessions are based on a reserved weekly time slot.

For example:
• Monday at 9:00 each week
• Wednesday and Thursday at 18:00 each week

This creates consistency in both your schedule and the training process.

Flexibility & Cancellations

If you need to travel or take time off, simply let me know in advance and your sessions can be extended accordingly.

If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. When possible, I will try to offer an alternative slot during the same week.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are counted as a session.

If I am away or the studio is closed, your sessions will simply move forward so no credits are lost.

Introductory Private Package

For new clients who would like to experience private Pilates before committing to a regular schedule.

3 sessions – €225

These sessions allow us to understand how your body moves and introduce the foundations of Pilates.

Included:

  • initial posture and movement assessment

  • introduction to key Pilates principles

  • personalised exercise selection

  • guidance on how to build a consistent practice

After the introductory sessions, most clients continue with a regular weekly schedule.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Not at all. Private sessions are fully adapted to your level and experience. Many clients start with no Pilates background at all.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, such as leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt. Sessions are usually done in grip socks, but if for the first sessions, you only have regular socks, don't stress about it.

  • If your schedule changes unexpectedly, we can look for another available time slot. However, keeping a consistent weekly time helps maintain progress and stability in the schedule.

  • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. When possible, I will try to offer an alternative slot during the same week.

  • No problem. If you know in advance that you will be away, your sessions can simply be extended to the following week so that no sessions are lost.
