A Pilates Program designed for your body
Personalised Pilates is a one-to-one approach to movement, designed around your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
Rather than following a fixed class format, each session is built specifically for you — taking into account how you move, how you feel, and what you want to improve. The aim is not only to exercise, but to support long-term health, ease of movement, and quality of life.
This approach is especially helpful if you’re dealing with pain, feeling restricted in your movement, navigating a specific life period, or simply want a clearer and more thoughtful way to train.
Private sessions take place in a fully equipped Pilates space, allowing us to work with a variety of apparatus such as the Reformer, Chair, Tower, Barrel, Spine Corrector and Mat.
Each piece of equipment serves a different purpose — from building strength and stability to improving spinal mobility and posture.
Using multiple apparatus allows the work to be much more precise and adapted to the needs of each body.
How it works?
Step 1 – Understanding your goals and daily life
We start with a conversation about your lifestyle, movement history, and what you would like to improve — whether that's back pain, posture, or simply feeling stronger in everyday life.
Step 2 – Whole-body assessment
I observe your posture, alignment, and movement patterns to understand how your body currently works.
Step 3 – A structured and evolving program with regular adaptations
Your sessions follow a clear structure, with exercises chosen intentionally to support your goals. While each session adapts to how you feel on the day, the overall program ensures continuity and steady progress over time.
Step 4 – Hands-on guidance and precise cueing
I use clear verbal cues and (where needed) hands-on guidance to help you find effective alignment, control, and ease in each movement. This allows you to work more efficiently and safely, and to truly understand what your body is doing.
What you can expect over time
Joseph Pilates famously said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.”
Personalised Pilates is not only about moving more — it's about building a body that works well and supports the life you want to live.
Over time, this approach helps develop:
Better posture and alignment so your body is not constantly fighting against gravity and desk work
Real core strength and spinal support so the lower back is supported instead of overloaded
Stronger, more balanced muscles built through controlled, intelligent resistance
Better movement coordination and control so everyday actions feel easier and more natural
Greater mobility without losing stability
A body that feels capable, strong, and reliable
The goal is not simply to “exercise”, but to create lasting physical changes — so you move better, feel stronger, and your body supports the pace of your life.
